Black holes attracts units from all planets around it. When reaches 0 resources it will transform into a resource planet with high density and big range.
Place the black hole in the middle of your enemy's planets and watch their defences going down. Once deployed start attacking the enemy so you will own the resource planet that is created when the black hole is finished.
